Signtrade is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented UAE National to join our team as a Counter Sales Executive. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers at the sales counter. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers at the sales counter with inquiries and product selections.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and company goals.

Requirements:

  • UAE National above 25 years of age.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in counter sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:
As a Service Engineer for Large Format Printing Machines at Signtrade, your primary responsibility will be to install, repair, and service a wide range of Wide Format Equipment from top manufacturers. Working within a designated geographic territory, you will be dispatched to various job assignments based on the product and your level of experience. You will receive comprehensive training to make necessary mechanical or electrical repairs and provide preventive maintenance on all machines serviced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, service and Maintenance of Large Format Printing Machines from world-renowned manufacturers.
  • Provide on-site service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and make necessary repairs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on serviced machines.
  • Collaborate with our customer base, ranging from large corporations to small and medium-sized businesses.
  • A minimum of 2 years of UAE experience is required.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to your own conveyance.
  • Willingness to travel within the MENASA territory for service calls.

Requirements:

  • Prior 2 years of UAE experience in large format printing machines is must.
  • An associate degree in electronics or comparable work experience or training is preferred.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Proficient troubleshooting ability.
  • Strong independent thinking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High energy level and self-motivation.
  • A strong desire and ability to learn.

Your main responsibility will be to operate and manage the Barbieri Spectrophotometer, with the goal of calibrating and maintaining color profiles for various output devices, including printers and displays. You will closely collaborate with our production and design teams to attain the highest standards of color accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Barbieri Spectrophotometer to profile output devices.
  • Create and maintain color profiles for printers, displays, and other equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and calibrate devices to guarantee consistent color reproduction.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to meet color accuracy requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze color data to identify and rectify inconsistencies.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to color management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with the Barbieri Spectrophotometer is required.
  • Strong knowledge of color theory and color management principles.
  • Proficiency in color profiling software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
