TPS Automation – Digital Cutting Machine X9
Compact, Heavy duty & Conomical: With the most popular table size in the industry, the X9 is best suited for a wide range materials available on the market. It focuses on the intelligent cutting of non-metallic material into different designs. It can quickly complete various operations, such as full-cutting, half-cutting, boring and milling, punching, creasing, and marking. Equipped with automatic router bit changer and automatic knife initialisation easily solve production efficiency problems like those found in sample-making and batch production.
Modular design: X9 2516 is new modular design digital cutting machine with different size option available.
1.8KW router option: 1.8kw router module up to 60000 RPM, water cooling and air cooling, pneumatic clamping system, dust extraction ensures clean working conditions and impeccable edge quality.
Automatic router bit changer: The X9 cutter is equipped with a pneumatic clamping system. Together with the ARC, which can hold up to 9 router bits, this enables fully automated routing even with jobs that require different bit types and diameters.
A powerful and versatile flatbed cutting system
1.Cutting module: Two universal cutting head applied for different cutting tools and one individual 1.8kw router head.
2. Laser desisplacement sensor: The flatness of the tabletop is detected by a high-precision distance detector, and the tabletop is corrected in real time by software to avoid the inconsistent cutting depth caused by the inconsistency between the tabletop and the tool drop, ensuring perfect cutting result.
3. Automatic knife installation/AKI: Pressure sensitive and laser sensitive automatically knife initiallization tool makes changing knife blades and router bits much safer and faster because operator errors in connection with such changes are eliminated.

X9 digital cutting machine adopts independent developed professional cutting CAM software, with functions of tabletop compensation, automatic edge-finding and positioning, over cutting optimization, multi-task and multi-station cycle cutting, small vision positioning, large vision positioning, projection positioning, laser mapping positioning, cost estimation, file management, etc.
