Product Description:
The economic EF-200 is a compact and highly productive diamond polishing machine for the plastic sheet processing industry. It guarantees a beautiful glossy finish on edges from acrylate to a thickness of 20 mm. The plastic sheets are automatically fed across the diamond head by means of speed adjustable conveyor belts. It is also possible to pass several thin sheets through the machine at the same time without loss of quality.
Polycarbonate and Dibond sheets can also be polished in high quality. The machine is equipped with emergency stop and various other safe guards, input and output guides and adjustable feet. For an ideal working height and stable guidance of large plastic plates, supporting frames are also available.
