TPS super multi-functions automatic bending machine researched and developed based on TPS-S8700 and TPS-S6700, ensure that the equipment technical maturity, using front feeding straightening mechanism, clamping alternating conveying mechanism and slotting mechnism that feed screw nut drive linear guideway rotating and positioning hard alloy blade for cutting aluminium profiles, slotting mechanism for stainless steel material that screw nut drive linear guideway, built-in high-performance eight axis motion control card, basis on controling by independent research and developed special bending software program system to ensure the forming precision of the processing. The equipment is with structures of the precision and nice looking, with multilayer super-long guide rack, It is yoru first selection for making high grade LED sign, aluminium priofile sign, stainless steel sign,  punching sign and epoxy signs, etc.

Bending tool quick-change system:In order to high quality bending for different materials, TPS company research and developed bending tool quick-change system, realize independent quick change between plate metal material and aluminium profiles, completely solve the industry problem of multi-type material can’t be bended no demage accurately by the same equipment.

More tool rod bending system:On the basis of double pole adjustable bending system, add a group of bending rod professional for aluminium profiles, realize processing swith freely between strip shape materials and aluminium profiles, Minimize bending bar dry involved on the workpiece surface scratch in the process of bending. Thoroughly solved the problem of high quality bending with a single set of bending tool rod which can’t work for both of aluminum profiles and plate material.

Fixed base for computer monitor can avoid uncomfortable phenomenon when people operate the machine because of large visual angle caused by high equipment and setting monitor on the top of the equipment hood. And to avoid impact the screen and keep out the screen when equipment cover is turned on. Users can adjust display stand cantilever angle freely according to their visual habit, to make screen position and angle in the best situation for operaters.

Bending stress database: different material type and thickness make different springback when bending, it needs control system adjusting bending pressure easily and quickly sccording to different materials. TPS is based on further studying of different materials, realized only adjusting one pressure parameter for a new material, that is,  Through the system’s built-in algorithm,  intelligent computing all arc pressure parameters. User can select the corresponding material from database when they want to change another material. In this way to switch material at any time without a cumbersome re-adjustable processing.

Laser loss compensation:  In the actual laser cutting due to the problem of laser spot radius, the panel with the original file after cutting has a certain deviation. TPS introduced laser loss compensation method innovatively, only need a simple measure, our software calculates laser loss and to compensate automatically. Users thorough farewell problems of modification again and again and compensating for laser loss, it improves intelligent degree for operation process.

Plate bending tensile intelligent compensation:  Deformation of the material during bending processing will effect directly length of formed letter, reduce the letter matching precision of the shell and panel, the software provide intelligent compensation caused by the length deviation, to ensure bending accuracy.

Software build-in many word process: Different word process need to corresponding zoom for original file and processing waste of materials. Our software build-in some word process, to make different font letter using the same file, to avoid the complex calculation.
