The WPE-Subli is a combined machine of a double sided or one sided preheating, with aluminium heating plates from the bottom and hot air circulation oven from the top side and vacuum membrane press in one chassis, to realize the sublimation process. This process consists of transferring images into the Solid Surface or another material prepared for sublimation.With this machine you can also produce 3D sublimation products giving an excellent simultaneous sublimation print on the main face and side of the material.

We have two different models in our program:

Standard model – one side heating (table) Manual opening and closing
Industrial model – double side heating (table and cover) Pneumatic opening and closing

 What is Sublimation?

Sublimation is the transition of a substance directly from the solid to the gas phase without passing through on intermediate liquid phase. Sublimation can only happen when there is a marked change in temperature. With the use of this exciting process, intricate images can be embedded into all kinds of materials suitable for sublimation. Today there are many materials suitable for sublimation. Sometimes sublimation can be done directly into the material (example solid surface materials). But mostly the material has a special coating suitable for sublimation.
